Attached please find the group registration form for CAP - this form takes into account the $20 off per registration when your club registers FOUR or more coaches AT THE SAME TIME. You must use this form to get the discount and it is only valid until Nov. 1. After that, the regular fee applies. (For the blog: email Jen if you don't have the paperwork in your email anymore).

For coaches who travel 90 or more miles, Badger Region will cover the hotel for Saturday night. Please contact Colleen Houk at colleen@badgervolleyball.org with the name of the coach and the club. Coaches will be placed two to a room. If you wish to room with someone, submit the names together. Individual coaches will be placed with each other.
Everyone registering prior to Nov. 15 will be placed in a drawing to receive a free 2012-13 Badger Region/USA Volleyball membership. There will be three chances to win and the drawing will be held at the clinic.
The first 10-12 registrants will also earn the chance to have a dinner either before or after the clinic with the four cadre for a couple of hours.
A reminder that CAP will be held Dec. 3-4 at Waukesha Catholic Memorial High School.
