Four things for this snowy Tuesday:
1) I just sent out a call for nominations for the Badger Region Board of Directors through Webpoint from the email address BadgerRegionVolleyball@gmail.
2) Next weekend at the Badger Region Championships we are doing some awesome things with Sitting Volleyball. Don't think it applies to you? If you've ever been kicked out of your gym space for basketball or some other reason and had to cancel practice, it absolutely applies to you. http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-
3) The first tryout for Badger Region Girls High Performance is Friday, March 15 at the Delta Center (the night before the first weekend of Badger Region Championships) and court coaches are still needed. 4) I know that many of you are non-profits and many more are looking into it. File this email away for the summer when you have more time to delve into it (I'm not dumb, I get it), but keep in the back of your mind these non-profit seminars and resources from Wegner CPAs, many are free and they're fantastic. At least get on their mailing list. Colleen and I attended a social media seminar that was great and there are many more applicable topics. I am about to start a grad classes in non-profit management and the Badger Region Board and office are currently working with the Helen Bader Institute For Non-Profit Management at UW-Milwaukee, so be on the lookout for more non-profity emails in the coming months.
