**For those teams that are entered and have not yet sent in their entry fees, we would also appreciate you taking the time to get this done.
If you are entered, please make sure to import your team roster into AES from Webpoint using the USAV Data Import tab (you will need your 5 digit club code). If your roster is not entered into AES, your players names will not be put on the Championships Event T-shirt. You may not feel as though this is a big deal, however the players and parents do (we can unfortunately confirm this..
).
Please, also make sure to keep your team results updated as this will help us in the seeding of the events. As you can imagine, this is no easy task.
